We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor:

This position provides assessment, treatment, service linkage and progress monitoring for children and adults with disabilities and/or a mental health diagnosis. The ability to manage a schedule and work independently is imperative. This is a fee for service position which allows for a very flexible schedule. Qualified applicants will have a master's degree; State of Ohio LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC License, solid assessment and clinical skills; and excellent record keeping skills.
